Cancellation Policy

The deposit for the group trainings is non-refundable. Cancellations or rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours prior to the training. Trainings cancelled within 48 hours of the training will be required to pay 50% of the remaining balance due. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the training is required to pay 50% of the remainder of the balance prior to re-booking.
