Service Description

This 6-week psychoeducation and support community is designed for women navigating the physical, emotional, and psychological changes associated with peri-menopause and menopause. The group provides a safe, supportive environment to share experiences, gain knowledge, and develop coping strategies for this life transition. Each session combines expert-led education with guided discussions and peer support.

Cancellation Policy

The entire 6-session group must be paid for prior to starting the group whether zero or all 6 sessions are attended for the group.
